With over 15 years of experience, Karla has led some of the most respected pastry kitchens, including 8 years as Head Pastry Chef at L’Éclair Lisbon.
She also founded and ran her own boutique, Voilà! Pâtisserie, in Mexico — a space where precision met creativity, and where she trained many young talents.
As Executive Pastry Chef and Founder of GastroLab Smart Kitchen, Karla brings this same dedication: refined french techniques, thoughtful recipes, and a passion for turning local ingredients into elegant, balanced creations.
Her approach is clear: nothing overly complicated — just honest, beautiful pastry made with care.
