Led by Karla Mané, our head chef with more than 20 years of experience, we bring together French technical precision, attention to detail, and a deep respect for ingredients.
Karla has worked across the world and high-end pastry shops before establishing herself in Lisbon.
Her work reflects a constant search for balance — between aesthetic, flavor, and lightness.
We don’t just follow trends. We create pastry that is:

Each recipe is developed in-house, with local ingredients, and always made to order.
From custom birthday cakes to mini tartlets, choux, entremets, or desserts for 300 guests, our production adapts to the format, without lowering the standard.
